Responsible entrepreneurship with impact
We believe that sustainable entrepreneurship goes beyond our own organisation. We feel connected to our employees, customers, suppliers, and society. Thatās why we actively support social initiatives that contribute to health, wellbeing, and sustainability. Our community engagement takes place both locally and internationally.
Our social engagement takes concrete form at various levels:
Local engagement
We invest in initiatives that make a direct impact in our own region, such as projects supporting sports clubs, local events, and the outsourcing of tasks to supported employment organisations. We donate toilet paper and our deposit bottles to the Maassluis Food Bank. In this way, we contribute to a strong and sustainable environment in which we work and live together.
International ambition
Given our (inter)national reach, we aim to further increase our social impact. Thatās why we are seeking a strategic partnership with a charity that has global significance. By the end of 2025, we will select a social initiative with which we will collaborate in a long-term and purposeful way.
Trust and connection
By being visibly socially engaged, we build trust and goodwill among customers, employees, partners, and other stakeholders. Social responsibility is not a side issue for us, but an essential part of who we are and how we do business.

- ā¢ Employment in the region: 95% of our employees live in Maassluis and surrounding areas
- ā¢ Hosting local entrepreneurs and business clubs to exchange ideas and set up initiatives together
